Please read these Terms carefully before using HomePalette. By uploading a photo, completing a quiz, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.
HomePalette ("we," "us," or "our") is an exterior home visualization and curb appeal platform operated at home-palette.com. We provide AI-powered paint mockups, color recommendations, contractor connections, and related home improvement services.
HomePalette provides photorealistic AI-generated visualizations of your home's exterior in different paint color schemes. Our deliverables include color palette recommendations, surface breakdowns, painter handoff documents, and connections to local home improvement professionals. All mockups are visual approximations only.
By uploading a photo to HomePalette you confirm that:
We will not sell your photo to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to your HomePalette project without your explicit consent.
HomePalette may use anonymized before/after mockup images for marketing purposes including our website, social media, and promotional materials. Your home's street address will never be displayed publicly. If you prefer your images not be used for marketing, email us at hello@home-palette.com and we will exclude your images immediately.
Uploaded photos and generated mockups are stored for 12 months from the date of your last account activity. After 12 months of inactivity your project will be archived and images deleted. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by emailing hello@home-palette.com.
HomePalette mockups are photorealistic visual approximations intended to aid color decision-making only. Final paint appearance will vary based on real-world lighting conditions, surface texture, paint sheen, application method, and screen calibration. Always test physical paint samples on your actual home before committing to any painting project. HomePalette is not responsible for the outcome of any painting or home improvement project undertaken based on our visualizations.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after mockup delivery. Additional purchased schemes and edit rounds are non-refundable once delivered.
HomePalette connects homeowners with local home improvement professionals. We are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors. We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance status, or availability of any contractor. Always verify contractor credentials independently before hiring. HomePalette is not liable for any damages arising from contractor relationships facilitated through our platform.
Contractors who receive leads through HomePalette agree to our separate Contractor Terms. Lead fees paid by contractors are non-refundable once a homeowner introduction has been made.
Color names, codes, and brand equivalents provided by HomePalette are for reference only. Paint colors vary by batch, finish, and application surface. Always purchase a physical sample and test it on your home before ordering full quantities. HomePalette is not affiliated with Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, or any other paint brand. Brand names are referenced for consumer convenience only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use it to represent multiple properties without separate purchases. HomePalette reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All HomePalette branding, design, software, and generated mockup compositions are our intellectual property. Mockup images delivered to you are licensed for your personal use only — specifically for the purpose of planning your home improvement project, sharing with contractors, and sharing on social media with HomePalette credited. You may not resell, sublicense, or use HomePalette mockups for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may not use HomePalette to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomePalette's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to paint job outcomes, contractor disputes, or property value changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of HomePalette after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
